He was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Will be coming back soon just because of him. He was there on Thursday 9/24 at 3pm and Friday 9/25 at 3pm. Thank so much for your help sir!! “Had a wonderful experience at this Budget, thanks to Paco and Lucia. We rented a car from Orlando to drive down to key west and it ended up failing us in homestead. We had to stop emergently and just hope that they could provide us with a new vehicle. There were issues with our reservation that made it hard to switch out the car but Paco worked endlessly to try to make it work for us. God bless him and Lucia for doing everything they could to get us into a new rental so we can move forward with our trips to the keys. Thanks a million to Paco and Lucia!!!”

I've seen thy manager let the others leave early on holidays and he does every thing himself including cleaning the cars and getting them out quick as possible.. I've been there in a few occasions where people were extremely rude to them, and they handled themselves with patience and professionalism.. because of their first class treatment i don't rent from any other location”
