“I rented a car for 5 days while my dealership repaired my car. The dealership paid for the car. In my case (it was relatively random what I received) I got a Ford Focus SUV. It was $49/day (again, dealership-paid) and I only needed to put down a $50 refundable deposit. The car was very nice, the staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait very long to be served when picking up and dropping off. Pick-up and drop-off both went exactly as expected. The employees are courteous, professional, and straightforward. No one attempted to upsell me or sell me insurance and my own existing auto insurance policy provided the liability insurance. It was easy to provide them with my own insurance information — they just need your policy number.
I filled up the tank before dropping off. I also took several pictures of the interior and exterior of the rental vehicle during pick-up and again during-drop off, for my records. This is good practice any time you rent a car because you will have references in case the rental company finds damage. (Luckily that has never happened to me yet.)
When picking up the vehicle, remember to walk around the vehicle and point out any damage you see to the Enterprise employee workikg with you. That way they can make a note of it in the contract. This helps them know that any pre-existing damage was not your fault. (In my case, I didn't see any damage, and some pre-existing damage was already noted on the contract from a previous time.)
Overall, excellent straightforward experience, and I would definitely do business with them again!”

“I live near the Avis office at Dadeland Station, which is why I have rented vehicles from this location on multiple occasions. My experience has consistently been excellent. The staff (Damian and Jacob) has always been prompt, courteous, and professional.
On the occasions when the vehicle I requested was not available, they provided me with a complimentary upgrade at no additional cost. I have also never experienced any issues regarding fuel charges or when I needed to extend my rental for an extra day.
I believe that one of the most important aspects of any customer service interaction is treating people with respect and empathy. Damian and Jacob have always been helpful and accommodating, and I firmly believe that when we treat others the way we would like to be treated, positive outcomes are much more likely.
In my opinion, many negative reviews stem from customers who overlook this basic principle and expect courtesy while communicating in a demanding or disrespectful manner. My personal experience with this location has been consistently positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.”
