About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental in Homestead offers a range of vehicles from compact cars to SUVs and vans. The rental process is described as simple, and the staff is frequently noted for being friendly, pleasant, and providing great, attentive, and professional service. Reviews mention that employees go above and beyond, handling situations with patience and even staying late to help customers. However, there can be a significant wait due to only one person helping at times. The cars are sometimes reported as not clean, with specific mentions of dirt and leftover items. While some customers note the final price can be higher than initially quoted due to additional charges, it is still considered cheaper than a major competitor. Despite occasional issues with cleanliness or wait times, many customers express a strong loyalty to this location due to the first-class treatment and would rent from them again.
