And they wanted to charge me 400 to replace the whole front digitizer with the earphone because they said that’s was the only thing that would resolve it. BUT they also said. Do you have Insurance? With a little research I found out that the Small Business of UBreakIFix was now sold to Asurion. With that said. I looked for an alternative and came across Cesar from CRV Technology. And I can say I am glad I did. Turns out my issue was a simple earpiece clean out and I was on my way for 35 bucks! Honest man running an honest business. This is what will keep me coming back and referring him to friends. Thanks Cesar for your attention to detail and knowing not to nickle and dime a client.
