Well Nana's Spaw was the only groomer that picked up the phone today and gave me courteous and prompt service. Basic customer service is a lost art in today's busy world. It was my pet's birthday and wanted to give him a special day and get him groomed and bathed. They made room from their busy day to give my pet this treat. “I buy dog food here for both my senior and my pup. I'm a big dog food snob, they eat better then me. So after some research they had what I wanted and started buying from them. Service here is crazy, as soon as you walk in they greet you, they ask you if you need help, and even carry your bags to the counter. Yes... I'm not lying, super service here. They will even help with concerns and recommendations for you dog or feline. So here is the real reason for my review....I was out on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday week and my Senior was at my aunts house who was taking care of her. She called me Saturday afternoon to let me know she was going to run outta food before we get back home. Here I go, panic mode. I called and spoke to one of the young ladies and she told me that as long as I placed my order on line before noon, the delivery would be made the same day. Long story short, I was a few minutes late, original call was at 11:57am. They made my delivery and even pulled my dogs file to verify what I was needing. Customer Service at its best!! Bravo”

“The Doggie Bag Cafe is awesome!...... I highly recommend their homemade doggie goodies and meals and very much appreciate the specialized service of creating some special recipes for my pup! I am so thankful to Chef Laly and Chef Oliver Bean for creating a new diet for my pug Hremmy. He was suffering constantly from food allergies and nothing I was doing or the Vet was working to relieve his symptoms. These included constant ear infections, licking his paws, and scratching. I spent a ton of money on different big brand foods, creams, ointments, sprays, Vet visits, and prescription drugs..... all which provided no real fix to the problem. Chef Laly and Chef Oliver Bean put together several recipes which he absolutely loves, but the best part is my pug Hremmy is showing dramatic improvement in his allergies only after about 4 weeks on the new diet. I expect after another couple of weeks he'll be completely over these terrible allergic reactions. Thanks so much for your help!”
