“The staff here - specifically Sam - is so great! We ordered a pair of shoes from their online store, and it was too small. As the invoice said we can return it to any Finish Line store in person, we decide it's better to bring the shoes to the store for an exchange. Turns out it's not *any* store - those inside a Macy won't work, they can only give us a Macy gift card. So we drove here, even though we hardly shop at this mall. We were able to try different sizes for the perfect fit, and Sam helped us order the one in the right size and right color to be shipped to our house! Moreover, we get to pay the online sale price which is $20 less than the store's. How awesome. Next time I'll definitely go to the store instead of ordering directly online!”

Had to get them in the men’s section, and the employee was very patient with me until we found my correct comfortable size. They had to be shipped to my home because they didn’t have the size available, but overall experience was nice. Will definitely visit again.”

“While they have quite a variety of sneakers I’m not a big sneakers person, but my daughter really wanted some shoes.I felt like I was getting attacked by sharks. It’s almost like the girl was forcing us the buy shoes in a rush.Wow! I felt like I needed to run out of there. The way you are approached, she was ready to ring up the shoes before they were even tried on without even asking how were they? Just okay so anything else? And running towards the cash register, you can definitely see that this is commission based. Not a very nice experience!”

“My teenager missed a call back for a job at foot locker and after trying endlessly with no luck to get in direct contact with a manager at ANY foot locker store in South Florida, Foot Locker at Southland Mall was the ONLY store that answered the phone. The female employee that answered was very friendly and directed us to her manager, Tony. Tony went completely out of his way to help us out, he called the store that was designated to hold the interviews and was able to resolve our situation. Not many would of done what he did.
