“Went in to the Croc’s store in the Florida City Outlet Mall today and was greeted by Eliane. She greeted me with a wonderful smile, kind words and offered assistance right away as I tried to find appropriate sizes for matching Valentine's Day Crocs as gifts for my 3 daughters. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. It’s employees like her that make me want to come back to a specific location looking for my next purchase as opposed to another. If I know the service being delivered there is too notch, I’ll make the drive even if it isn’t the closet location! Hire more Elaines! Thanks so much for the positive experience.
