“I love San Antonio Bank once they got to know me I could open the front door and they say hi Mary how you doing what's up today and that would happen every day that I went in there they say my first name and everything and I'd be the only one in there and that went on for many years I never had a problem at all until all the new neighbors and buildings started showing up and now the little Bank can't serve everybody as best they can because they're small and the little post office also is a given get situation here I walk in the bank and then I see all these new faces waiting in line and I don't see anybody that I know and so there's a lot of building going on so we are going to have to build up our buildings to accommodate our new neighbors so please be patient with us neighbors and let me welcome you to the neighborhood”

“This is by far the best financial institution I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I recently moved here from Bushnell and they're great too. Kim here in Dade City remembered me by name the second time I walked in the door to the lobby. South State has called me on my birthday every year since I have been with them every year to wish me a happy birthday and once, they even bailed me out of jail. The employees know, apply and go beyond the policy and procedures of the bank just to satisfy the customer. In my 62 years, I have never been a customer of a finer financial institution. South State Bank ????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I have banking here for over a decade. Never any issues at all. Their app is wonderful! The Dade City branch specifically has always had outstanding customer service. The branch manager took the time to call me personally and ask how I was and if there was anything that they could do for me. That's not something I have ever received from any other bank. Highly recommend!”
