I love the place as it is walking distance to Walmart neighborhood, Dollar tree, Publix and some Banks. It is also 2 miles away the Hollywood North Beach Park. The place is also near to Elementary schools. I love that the apartment is almost a gated community, it comes with a pool and a gym which is a plus.”

“The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”

“We moved in a few months ago and upon moving in, the kitchen counter tops were badly chipped. Karie, the property manager went above and beyond by specially ordering new higher-end, beautiful quarts counter tops for the entire kitchen. Karie is great and the property is great as well! If you stay here, you’ll be in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale/ Las Olas, surrounded by great restaurants, water views, and entertainment. I highly recommend it.”

“I actually have enjoyed living here my major concern is that I pay for my car port and my car got hit and it was brushed off when I brought it to management attention however no major damage but it’s visible.NOW THE PARKING ISSUE AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NECK AND HAD 2 SCREWS PUT INTO MY SHOULDER HAVING AN UPCOMING PROCEDURE AGAIN ON MY NECK AND SHOULDER TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE SO I CAN BE ABLE TO TURN AND SEE TO THE RIGHT OF ME IF I HAVE TO REVERSE INSECURITIES OF USING MY MIRROR OR CAMERA ON THE CAR. “Darnell and the rest of management were extremely quick, helpful, kind and informative in getting me approved and moved in. The process was less than 72 hours and had my keys by the following week. I selected an upgraded unit and it is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and safe. I appreciate maintenance for quickly helping replace the dishwasher and addressing all concerns. 10/10 recommend this place to live. They have done an outstanding job with their customer service and love that I get to call this place home.”

On rare occasions where you wake up and realize you have no coffee in your cabinets, you begin to push the panic button. Alas, The Metropolitan has come to the rescue with their high tech dispenser of coffee, espresso, hot coffee and latte. This is only one of the amenities offered here at The Metropolitan. I have lived here for six months and have found the office staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. The maintenance crew , when needed are professional and considerate if necessary to enter into your apartment. The development, management staff encourage socializing and provide themed parties during certain times of the year thus cultivating new friends within the community. The swimming pool, bbq and cabanas are the hot spot for weekends and holidays. A great community, within walking distance to the Drive and other nearby popular places. Kudos to everyone at The Metropolitan for making living at their property a whole lotta fun!!”

The building is super clean and nothing bad, should be said about this property well there's 2 or 3 of them but, she lives I believe in the last one that was made.”
