“I have been living here in Dania Pointe for the last 4 years. Management and maintenance do a great job. The building always looks great. The amenities are awesome, a pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. We also have the plaza where there are multiple stores, multiple restaurants, multiple bars a bowling alley, Nike shop, brand new movie theater. Quiet and clean. Everywhere you go in south florida, the rent can be high.But here you do get more for your money.”

“My wife and I live at Blu and we absolutely love it!!! Recently, as it happens from time to time, we had a mishap - the hot water heater literally blew and there was water all over - blah blah blah. But what's important is that Blu's maintenance people jumped on it immediately and we had a clean and dry apt with a new hot water heater installed ... that day! Clean, spacious, (mostly) quiet, and the people that work here are all GREAT! We couldn't be happier!”
