“My friend lives there and I wish I could live there too but, it's for 62 years and over, although I'm 57 but, I absolutely love the big spacious apartment. The building is super clean and nothing bad, should be said about this property well there's 2 or 3 of them but, she lives I believe in the last one that was made.”

“One of the best managed condos in the area. Service is top notch, property is constantly maintained at the highest level, everyone is very nice and courteous. HOA fees are reasonable. Grounds with swimming pools, gazebos, cabanas, hot tub and glass wall to the beach are better then in most resorts. Security is 100%. Publix next door :)

“I have family here, so take what I'm saying lightly. The apartments are pretty spacious and the property is kept clean, especially considering it's pet friendly. The pools are usually nice but they sometimes have iguana/duck poop in them and they don't leave out a skimmer for the residents to deal with that. Make of that what you will.”
