They immediately reached out to me about purchasing some appliances, sent me pictures and descriptions, offered same-day delivery, and their current customer service Is absolutely amazing. We chose to pick up our new refrigerator and stove, and they were brand new in the box! We toured their showroom and got ideas for our Airbnb and hotel properties and will definitely be doing business with them again. Mara was amazing!!”
“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

“Steve was terrific and very helpful. Had two vacuum cleaners serviced and repaired, and pricing for the services was very reasonable, in my opinion. We thought we left our cell phone there or had dropped it in the parking area. Steve searched both inside and outside for it. We eventually found that the phone had been left at another location. Definitely recommend this location for any repairs needed.”

“I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from mega they delivered it to my house set it up. I did not run the machine correctly so I thought there was something wrong. I called them. They came back to my house within an hour. Not only did the technician come back but the owner came also I highly recommend this company, I am very happy and will definitely use them again. “I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”

“Very accommodating and fair. The rental process itself was easy but then my reservation got canceled after checking in on it after purchase. I was able to reserve another truck right after and the woman I spoke with left a clipboard note that that truck was to be saved for me. I got the truck, did the move and brought it back. Rodney closed me out and I told him about some minor complaints and one issue which he was happily understood addressed and then took care of me for the Inconvenience. Great dude and same with the guy who originally got me the truck. Worrisome start then full on excellence the rest of the experience. Would recommend again. Note: these are job site trucks most of the time not moving trucks. Now I know debris is somewhat normal in this style rental. We made do and for the price and service well worth it.”
“Purchased a vanity online. Good experience. It went on sale for Black Friday, after ordering and before receiving, I requested a credit for the difference. The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson.
I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.”
