Few issues happened with 2nd time around but its when issues arise that you actually know the business cares for the client. “My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Murphy Bed and Services in Hollywood, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. They created the most beautiful and functional Murphy bed for our second room, which also serves as a library and gym.
We had never met professionals as outstanding as Alex and Ariel, the owners and operators. Their punctuality was the first thing that impressed us, and the entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. The installation was done flawlessly, and they made sure to leave the room spotless after they completed the work.
The quality of their product and their exceptional customer service were worth every penny. Even after the installation was complete, Alex and Ariel were attentive and available for any follow-up questions or concerns we had. Even their show room had a great selection of the products they provide and was graciously decorated.
