“Although my experience in the store was excellent the delivery process has been a nightmare. I have 1/2 a sectional only to be informed the rest will take another 2 weeks. After spending close to $7000 in furniture I’m not happy. Unfortunately the salesman has no pull in getting my furniture any faster.Update: I’m pleased to say that City Furniture reached out to me immediately and moved my delivery up a week. Thank you so very much for helping solve my problem.?At delivery they told me the pieces were damaged so they reordered it and should have it by Saturday (this was Wednesday). I agreed and that’s where it went downhill. Apparently it doesn’t matter that I have half a couch next available delivery 2 weeks. Couldn’t get a supervisor because I was told they can’t do anything. “I worked with Vizzzio while doing gutted renovation of my place. They have exceeded my expectations on the service and quality of the products. Initially I wanted help with kitchen design, but ended up doing much more than the original scope we originally agreed upon.Vizzzio went above and beyond not only by helping me to design an ergonomic Italian kitchen, but they helped me select the right colors and materials, tiles for the kitchen, provided all the pictures on how it would look together and consulted me on the appliances, ergonomics and even ways to save up a bit $ on the countertop.That is when I decided to use their services beyond just the kitchen. They helped me with European windows (better sound proofing), tall invisible doors (and we matched kitchen materials). Any time I had questions, they provided technical consultants to answer the questions and were very easy to communicate with.Before starting the work with them I inquired about pricing to a few kitchen designers, and was pleasantly surprised by the quote Vizzzio provided.I’m also looking forward to get a few pieces of Italian furniture and their designer’s advice on what would look best on my budget and with my current colors/materials/spaceOverall, I highly recommend Vizzzio, they are truly professional team, who can provide great solution for the budget and sometimes even change your mind on a few items!”
“Love my new Murphy bed. Ty helped me customize a bed with storage that is perfect for my small space. It even has a desk so the space can double as a work space. They have lots of different colour options and styles to choose from. Ty also went above and beyond to help fix damage caused by another contractor. The installers were also very friendly and professional, took photos of the installation for record and cleaned up after themselves. 100% recommend.”

This time I just went to get some gift cards and they had a great selection of Target ones with nice Holiday designs as well as many other gift cards for other businesses. I am partial to self checkout. Some people don't like them, I don't mind them at all. To me, it allows me to scan and go....in most cases very quickly. This particular store was a breeze to get in and out, during my visit.”
