“Ordered bedroom set and family room few years back and had great experience with Carlos and Rosa, and wife decided to get few more pieces from them as the product was very nice and service was great. Few issues happened with 2nd time around but its when issues arise that you actually know the business cares for the client. Carlos was on top of the issues all the way and was reachable and always responded. Thats the kinda people you want to work with. That when unforeseen delays happen, the business can step in and try to resolve it instead of ignoring calls or just giving lies. This is the reason I will be sticking to Venicasa for all my furniture needs.”

“I just had my murphy bed installed today. Alex was extremely helpful with his suggestions and estimate. He is an excellent salesman. Ariel and his installers, Gregory and Christian, were pleasant, polite, and took great care in installation and making sure to protect my walls, doors, etc. Also, this was not an easy room to navigate large pieces of equipment/pieces (sharp corners). “I have been a Baer's customer for over 3 years and have never had anything but a wonderful experience there. We recently purchased a new split twin king size bed and frame which was delivered this past Thursday. The buying experience was extremely pleasurable with no pressure from our salesman, Jesse Shannon. He allowed us "alone" time with an assortment of the mattresses we were interested in. He also gave us a nice discount on the frame and explained the warranty and their return policy on bedding thoroughly. The mattress was delivered on time and professionally by 3 experienced employees. They were polite, very clean and quickly had our new bed in place. They asked if we had any concerns or general questions about the new set up and were out in less than 45 minutes. All in all, it was a great experience and we have been sleeping like guests at a luxury resort since! Many thanks to you, Jesse, and we will be stopping by to see you soon. Linda Duggan”
