I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank John and his team at Mattress Town for an outstanding
experience and truly exceptional customer service.
After a very frustrating and disappointing situation with Modani up the road—where I was sold a bed
set with an extended warranty that they later refused to honor after the mattress failed within just
one month, and where I could not even reach a real person, only an AI system that looped me
endlessly with nonsensical answers—I walked into Mattress Town exhausted, frustrated, and in
desperate need of a good night’s sleep.
Instead of taking advantage of the situation, John did exactly the opposite. He took the time to
listen, understand my needs, and carefully help me choose the right mattress. He was fair, honest,
and even offered me a very reasonable discount. Most impressively, at around 4:00 pm he
personally called his delivery team, sent them to the warehouse, and had a brand-new mattress
delivered to my home just three hours later. My wife and I were able to sleep well that very same
night.
John explained that Mattress Town is a family-owned business and that this is simply how they
operate — and it truly shows. They even waived their $99 delivery fee, and the two delivery
gentlemen were professional, careful, properly installed the mattress, and left my home clean with
no trace of packing materials.
I am taking the time to write this long review so that others who research before buying will continue
to support family-owned businesses that sell Made-in-America products with pride and stand
behind what they sell.
By contrast, I am still dealing with the aggravation of returning the defective mattress to Modani at
my own expense, on top of the $300 “white glove service” fee they charged, and having to rely on
my credit card company to resolve the issue.
This is a 5-star review for Mattress Town without hesitation. Hopefully it also serves as a lesson in
what real customer service looks like.

“Came in to the store not knowing what my husband and I were looking for. We only knew were wanted something comfortable. Fernando was super helpful. Showed us a wide variety of mattresses with a lot of different comfort levels. He gave us plenty of time and answered any questions we had. Once we decided, it wasn’t difficult to set up payment and delivery with delivery being next day which was amazing. Overall a very good experience all around and recommend this store if you’re in need of a super comfy mattress.”

We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. For the past few months, I had been meaning to go mattress shopping. Yesterday, I unexpectedly walked into Mattress Firm on Hollywood Blvd (441) and met Felipe N. From the moment we connected, the experience was effortless.

Felipe spent about 45 minutes with me—no rush, no pressure at all. He allowed me to test multiple mattresses and took the time to thoroughly educate me on each option in the store. His knowledge was impressive, and his recommendations were thoughtful and aligned with my needs. I never felt judged or pushed to buy.

I didn’t purchase that same day. Felipe gave me his number and let me know he would be at the Hallandale location the next day and mentioned there might be a few additional options to explore. I returned the following day, and just like that, I purchased the Posturepedic® Elite Brenham II 16” Medium Euro Top Mattress (King size with pillow top)—a truly beautiful and comfortable mattress.

“We were looking for a Murphy bed in the Fort Lauderdale area and came across Multimo Beds. We spoke to Alex by phone then visited him in the showroom. He was great! Very informative and helped us decide on the right product for our space. He told us he was expecting the delivery in about 8 weeks and it was right on time. We had purchased the installation as well and so glad we did! Two installers showed up on time and prepared. They brought everything they needed to install the bed and protect my surfaces. They were clean, organized and very respectful. Before they began, we discussed placement and made sure everything cleared for opening. They worked efficiently and professionally. It took them 4 hours to install the bed. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the installation. When they did leave, my room was just as clean as it was before they showed up.
