I was greatly affected by a decision made by the customer service department on my account, and despite visiting another branch that literally had no staff and the cashier could not help me; I felt like entering this branch in Haines City and this gentleman understood and made decisions that in less than 24 hours my situation with my account was resolved. “As far as thee bank inside goes, HOORAY, as far as your VM goes...BOO!!! THE LADY SPEAKING IS RUDE, CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. I JUST LEFT THE BANK HAVING TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD. I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO A TELLER AT THE LAKELAND BRANCH BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY NUMBER AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO A Teller TODAY SAT. 6/21/26 It's too long of a story to bore you all with. BRING BACK THE HUMAN EMPLOYEES FOR ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS. ENOUGH OF THE VOICEMAIL HELPERS!!!!!!
I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A REAL HUMAN WHEN I CONTACT A BANK, NOT SOME VOICEMAIL, THAT WORKS FOR THE BANK. PLEASE LET ME SPEAK WITH A REAL LIVE EMPLOYEE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM TRUSTING YOU ALL TO GUARD MY FUNDS AND ALL OTHER TRANSACTIONS. I AM HANDICAPPED AND I HAD TO GO TO THE BANK TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD AND THE TELLER SHUT THE OLDER DEBIT CARD DOWN ......AND THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO NOT LET ANY PAYMENTS GO THROUGH AND THEY THE BANK LET A TRANSACTION GO THROUGH ANYWAY???????
