7862 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee FL 34747
“My store at 7862 W IBM Hwy in Kissimmee is a wonderful store. Zinet as a manager has trained the staff well. They always great me when I come through the door, Zinet greets me by name. When I have several bulky packages Zinet, if not assisting another costumer, always offers assistance. The other employees also offer, when not helping others. That type of customer service is rarely seen these days and is greatly appreciated.”

“I’ve been using their services for about 8 years now, and without a doubt, they are the best international shipping company in Kissimmee. They take great care of every detail, from the packaging to the items themselves. Everything arrives on time, complete, and in perfect condition—I trust them completely. Also, Isabel’s customer service is excellent; she is always helpful and resolves all my questions. Highly recommended!”

“First time sending a package to Dominican Republic and Martinez Cargo Express came highly recommended by a Dominican Friend in St. Cloud. I visited the Kissimmee Office on 192 and the service was amazing. The Store Associate explained how sending my package would function, helped me get it done correctly and offered me better ways to send more items for less money. I was told the package would be delivered to my friend in Santiago, D.R. between 12 to 20 days and the packaged arrived perfectly, unopened, undamaged in 16 days. Martinez Cargo also called my friend the day before to assure he would be home to accept delivery which I thought was part of a great service. I will be sending more packages every 3 to 4 months. Trust this company with you shipping needs and they delivery to other countries as well.”

“It is so incredibly helpful to have a UPS store within walking distance of where I live. The front office where I live is always closed and the USPS frequently cannot gain access so I decided to get mailbox services through this location and they are incredible. Gives me such peace of mind. I would rate more than 5 stars if possible.”

8400 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee FL 34747
“It is a small area. I guess it's to be expected. They only do packages with the bar code available for scan. So if you have a UPs package it is has the code to enter they will not be able to do it. You might as well go to your nearest UPS location. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They seem to have limited staff as well.”
