I came in and shipped a package to the wrong location.Specifically an employee named Jade was able to help me change the address and name on the package over the phone and pay the updated fee. Jade was phenomenal, some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! Thank you Jade for saving Christmas!

Service at this location is always very fast and friendly. Santa Clause was there when I went and he was very nice. Made the experience even better.
