“The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”
