“Newer resident, have been here for a couple of months and I’m really enjoying my stay. Maintenance is amazing. Thank you to Oscar and his team for always tending to things in a timely manner. I was hesitant to lease here because of the parking concerns I saw on reviews but haven’t had any issues so far. The first option for parking is first come first serve so I sometimes had to look for parking not so close to my building but they did quickly give me the option to get a reserved space right next to my apartment which has worked great for me. Yes a couple more dollars per month but just like anything in life convenience comes at a premium. I’m glad people frequently get towed for improper parking because a lot of people here constantly block lanes or park along curbs making it unsafe at times. In my experience management has tended to all my concerns quickly. Thank you to Aileen, Paolet and Marc for always being so helpful. They are always friendly and understanding and I do get somethings are out of their control. Over all the property is really well kept, in a great location and so far I am very very happy with my decision to move here.”

“I don't personally live here but recently I wished that i had gotten in when I had the chance. The grounds and surrounding areas have been transformed in recent months. When we visited over Christmas I was so happy to see that front drive in such a festive theme. I inquired with one of my housekeeping friends and she told me that the new Grounds Department Manager Scott B. is the reason the place looks so fantastic. I haven't met Scott yet but I cant wait to shake his hand. My elderly friends are so happy to be able to see out their windows again and feel the fresh breezes again. The grounds look like a botanical garden with all the fresh growing flowers. The property is simply beautiful.”
