I needed a new starter motor because my original was at 188k miles and finally died, Manny was quick to make the same day appointment easy via text initially and then phone call. He came at the agreed upon time and did the job in 25 minutes, about a month later my car wouldn't start again so I called him up, it was a complete mystery to me because the starter was new, I had to wait a weekend because Autotech doesn't work on weekends but he came promptly at 8am on Monday and discovered it was a loose wire that connects the battery and starter motor, he promptly sealed it up, no charge. Thank you Autotech and Manny. Now I need to schedule an oil change. 5 stars”
“I had to take my wife and daughter to the airport and noticed my tire pressure was low and spotted a screw in the tread, I called Noel and he advised to come right over. In 15 minutes they patched the tire and I was on my way! “Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

“I went there on Wednesday the 10th, late in the afternoon. Heard a noise, and realized there was a screw in my front driver's side tire. Was taken care of quickly, and since I had road hazard insurance on this set of tires. It was a no charge, inside tire patch. The screw was dead Center in the tire, so it was an easy fix. Thank you Tire Kingdom.”

“Brought my 2022 Porsche Cayenne for an oil change. Had a really nice experience with them. They told me up front that the oil change today would take a long time…which it did. But, they reduced the quoted price a little bit without me asking due to the delay. Also had a scuff on my car that they removed for me for free. They seemed honest, would definitely recommend and will be returning. Very good pricing.”

“I was very fortunate to find Frank's Custom Auto repair to have my Newmar Class A motor home to have my annual and long trip planned (5000K miles) service completed. I was a little skeptical after seeing so many great reviews since I could not believe any dealer these days could get such high ratings. They are real! Frank and his staff are top notch! Honest, fair and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to do a dry run in a car for a big motor home and come in on 59th from the West side since the area if very congested and narrow and Google maps does not give good directions.
