“The car was good quality and the rental overall was good but the only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Nelly Oliva, the employee working the desk. I own a business and as far as customer service goes she was top notch. She was handling multiple customers at one time because she was stuck working by herself. Even though she had a lot of customers waiting and asking lots of questions she remained polite , courteous, and calm. Rare find these days to find customer service like that. Hope enterprise gives her a raise.”

“Carmax serviced my car and waited on parts so set me up for a rental while work was being done and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental and employees were pleasant and friendly. Picked me up at the dealer and took me to enterprise on SR 84 in Davie, Florida. Staff was very helpful had 2 parties before me and told me they were waiting for a little while since they needed a larger SUV and I was very appreciative for the information . It was faster than she had even estimated at first . They were amazing. I walked across the lot got some food and returned and my rental was already waiting for me at the curb. Great experience! Will never use another rental company again 👍”
