Truist Allowed Methheads and stealing bank cards right in front of the bank building!!!BB&T, trust me!! Allowed drug infected persons to hack my account through an old email!!!Truist did, too. Jackie tried to help, located in Shenandoah Square, got tired of worthless accounts being robbed by Branch Manager and Employees!!!”

She’s pleasant and sweet and always welcomes me with a smile! She has great customer service and has recommended me little new treats in the store to try! AMAZING! “I had a 7-Eleven reward of one large drink.I purchased a large big gulp. The system recognized my account, however, it did not recognize the reward so I had to pay when it should have been free. This is not the fault of the individual location, but that of the franchise. For this I only gave 4 and not 5 stars. The store itself was fine.”

“While there isn't much to reviewing a gas station, this one is consistent in providing quality gasoline at an affordable price. They keep their pumps clean and stocked with paper towels, windshield cleaning solution and paper for the receipt dispenser, which is a pet peeve of mine. Also, though the convenience store is small, they have a good selection of products and the customer service is good too! Their bathrooms are not gender neutral and are in a separate building, yet kept stocked and clean.”
