“Carlos the manager at the corporate store was very persistant and profession. He really cares about his customers and after going up the ladder he figured out why my line was blocked. It was several verification issues. He kept working on it until he resolved my issues. He was successful in making it happen. Carlos Ramirez is great. Robert and Lori were very helpful too.
