“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”
“Att customer service above and beyond any other stingy company that love to charge with errors if you do not notice. I am so sad to have to leave Xfinity because they got the opposite of customers. Imagine being a loyal customer for 12 years, and they don’t want to hook you up with a discount and they do not realize they charge double than every other company right now. And atts internet is friggin 100x times with real fiber!!!! Not lying and saying the cable for tv is fiber. lol. When you see a fiber cable and experience att power!!!!!! So refreshing and I can trust to never lose service. My agent is Alexandria, and my technicians are Harris and Kevin. The best that work for Att and may Christ God bless them with promotions! I wish I knew about Att till I can actually afford it. Xfinity, their employees steal and open lines on peoples accounts and ofcourse the agents don’t care, so then you have a credit score lower cause you’re supposed be pay for a phone that they never sent you and they say the lost it in their warehouse. Took 30 calls and 5 months for them to stop stealing from me to credit this bs from the thieves at Xfinity. Agents stole 3 of the newest iPhones when I upgrade them mail in my better phones and my phone and my mothers phones as her care giver. Xfinitys agents could care less to be honest!!!!!!
