I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. “Carlos the manager at the corporate store was very persistant and profession. He really cares about his customers and after going up the ladder he figured out why my line was blocked. It was several verification issues. He kept working on it until he resolved my issues. He was successful in making it happen. Carlos Ramirez is great. Robert and Lori were very helpful too. I got my line back. They proved I wasn't a fraud to the fraud department.”
