“I just came back from your store on sunrise blvd … and I think you should know the following… I went to two other stores with my wife and problems on her phone …we are AT&T customers for more than 45 years and they told us that they do not fix phones in the store and I would have to go to the geek squad at Best Buy ..but at this store at 7900 w sunrise blvd Darlene fixed the problem in 15 minutes.. she is definitely the best or the GOAT ..thought you should know ..have a great day”

“Hi, I just wanted to share my recent experience. My phone was damaged, and I honestly thought I was going to lose everything on it and have to spend money buying a new phone. Thankfully, that wasn't the case. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were able to help me get my phone repaired the same day, which was such a relief! But what really stood out to me was how well they treated everyone! Other customers were in the store when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait at all. The staff did a great job making sure everyone was being helped and no one was left standing around waiting for assistance. The store was also very clean and organized. Overall, I was really impressed with the service I received.”
