“On Thursday afternoon, I went to the AT&T store off of Broward Blvd. The associate there told me that the phone I was trying to have added to my account was not unlocked and that I needed a 4 digit code. After speaking to a Verizon representative, I was told the phone was in fact unlocked and no pin was needed. I decided to go to a different AT&T store today. Both associates at this store were helpful and had the phone activated for my daughter in less than 10 minutes. There wasn’t anything wrong with the phone and no pin was needed. I am not sure why the associate at the other AT&T store couldn’t get the phone activated/working. I will make the drive to this store from now on. 10/10 recommend!”

As I waited, he came to me and said there was one more customer before you. Shortly he came to me, analyzed my situation and recommended a solution. What a guy! He was so polite and knowledgeable and in 35 minutes I had the info written down by him and he handed me that info and I left. I just can't ever remember encountering such a resourceful salesman anywhere. This was truly a magic moment and he didn't make a cent. No pressure, intelligent, caring people are so rare.
