“I bought a new phone online and honestly couldn’t figure out how to transfer my data. I called the store and Luis told me to come over without hesitation. He was so accommodating, and is doing the setup right now. I can’t express how much of a relief It was to have his help. I didn’t realize this store was so close and unfortunately because it’s not a corporate store Verizon didn’t share on their website. Had I known I would’ve bought the phone there. I cannot express my appreciation for the excellent service and will be back to give them my business in the future.”

“I had to go there on July 5 because the customer service totally messed up our port in from another provider. The manager was extremely helpful and professional, cancelled the port and set it up successfully again in spite of my partner and her phone not being there with me. It is unusual these days to get this level of service. Thanks and keep on good work.”

“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”

“For Anastasia Mazen, manager When I arrived Dillon was helping a customer, but took time to direct me to the low chairs to have a seat. As I waited, he came to me and said there was one more customer before you. Shortly he came to me, analyzed my situation and recommended a solution. What a guy! He was so polite and knowledgeable and in 35 minutes I had the info written down by him and he handed me that info and I left. I just can't ever remember encountering such a resourceful salesman anywhere. This was truly a magic moment and he didn't make a cent. No pressure, intelligent, caring people are so rare. Thank you and if you need someone to rely on, Dillon is the man! Made my day for sure. He'd be my choice if I was hiring to work for me. Thanks again and have a good day.”
