“I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Dave. I accidentally forgot my key and was locked out of my unit, which could have been a stressful situation, but Dave made the entire process incredibly easy. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
He quickly helped me gain access to my unit and even got me set up with a replacement lock right away. The whole process was fast, efficient, and there was virtually no wait time. It’s clear that Dave cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are taken care of.

For more than a month, he has worked with me to coordinate the staged delivery of a POD to the facility. Throughout the entire process, he has been incredibly helpful, proactive, informative, and consistently courteous. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, David took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I understood the process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that everything would go smoothly.
What speaks volumes is that I had planned to transfer to an Extra Space Storage location closer to my apartment after my move. However, because of the exceptional service David has provided over the past month, I’ve decided to stay at this facility instead. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find, and it deserves to be recognized.
