“This is a rating for ALEDI LLC ( David and Max), they did a great job transporting my car to Maryland just in time and sharing with me all information about shipping, schedules and payments. IN THE FUTURE I WOULD LIKE WORK WITH THEM AND I Will RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. For American Auto Transport, they have my greatest gratitude with VICTOR in the Sales Department since he always responds my questions and concerns. BUT I have a complaint about Jessica in the Service Customer of American Auto Transport Department. She was rude to me and she hung up on me TWICE while I was talking to her. I feel she should take a Customer Service course to help her learn and improve on how to serve customers properly as well as so that customers can come back to use the services in the company she works for.”
