I can't say enough about the amazing team at this UPS store! Hands down, they have the BEST teamwork in the country! ❤️ Tyler, Justin, and Kai are exceptional. I walked in just minutes before closing, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. However, they greeted me with smiles and were eager to help, making me feel welcomed and valued.
Their positive attitudes and seamless teamwork stood out to me, and after reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this sentiment—many others have had fantastic experiences here as well. As someone who lives with a physical disability that affects my fine motor skills, everyday tasks like printing, stapling, or hole-punching can be challenging. But Daniel has never once made me feel limited. In fact, it’s quite the opposite—he sees my potential before my challenges. I often come in with a creative vision for a project I’m doing with children, and Daniel jumps right in to help me bring it to life. His support is not just technical—it’s personal, respectful, and empowering.
Thanks to Daniel and his incredible team, I’ve been able to create meaningful projects that directly impact the children I work with. Their help behind the scenes is truly making a difference in these kids’ lives—and in mine.
