She is quick and efficient to help decompress long lines, but she also is thorough and takes her time to fully understand your needs. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. For instance she did multiple checks for the margins, the layout, etc of my projects and even made suggestions of what to do to improve them. She waited while I edited and resent them on my phone and ensure my sizing my perfect. Whenever I need something done I go to this location solely to get Natalia's assistance.”

“Raffi’s service was awesome, so was his assistants! He literally spotted that my Box (24 cubic) was too big for my needs, and offered me a smaller box (20 cubic). He saved me $75 in that move alone. Then, I was quoted for delivery on Jan 2nd, however my package arrived in lightning speed on DEC 29th. Totally satisfied with the price of the box and service and shipping costs! “We have an acct with DHL, authorized to ship wine. We have an acct Rep in Tempe AZ who does not reply to emails, return phone calls, etc. We have wine shipments being returned because according to the person reviewing docs, the acct is NOT authorized. The ONLY person able to help us is our acct rep. We now have to consider opening an acct with UPS or FedEx. Whatever changes DHL made affected us in a negative way and I am disappointed, used to be a pleasure working with DHL.10/5/2022- UPDATETHANK YOU KEN for your help. The issue has been resolved.
