They arranged transportation for our vehicle from Texas to California, and unfortunately the carrier that transported the vehicle delivered it with damage. While the transportation company became difficult to reach and unresponsive, the owner of Dynamic Auto Mover stepped in personally and refused to let the issue fall through the cracks.
What impressed me most was their commitment to making things right. They stayed involved, advocated on our behalf, and ultimately helped ensure we were reimbursed for the damage. That level of customer service and accountability is rare these days.

“I am so thankful for the UPS worker named Julian, who went out of his way to help my parents Peter and Yvonne Antoine return their shed through Amazon to Melicon. They had been struggling for weeks because the website would not let them return 2 out of 4 of the boxes. They spoke to many representatives and even went to 3 separate UPS stores, but no one was able or willing to assist them. Julian was patient, kind, and very understanding with them as they are not very tech savvy. He made sure everything was set up properly and that the pickup from their home was completed. They are truly grateful for his help!”
