Was in and out within 5 minutes!!And the lady fixed my vacuum that’s been broken for months! Couldn’t believe it!!

After my vacuum cleaner sucked up a sock this morning, my son took the machine apart but couldn't find the sock. I brought the vacuum cleaner to Richard's where the friendly woman behind the counter was able to locate the sock in a few minutes and told me there was no charge. A very positive experience.
