“I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.”

“Was just browsing. It definitely doesn't have as much in it as it used too. Also doesn't help that the location of this store is in a semi dying mall. Workers were alright, though. Store was decently busy.”
“Visited the store whilst we were in the area for Rockville. Male staff member (not sure on his name but he is a surf instructor) was very friendly and gave us loads of advice for the festival along with his female coworker.

“5 stars are not enough to account for the wonderful experience Izzy and the staff gave us today. School shopping for my larger than average kiddo and they had so many options. Izzy went through the racks and shelves with us and set up a dressing room. We walked away with a bag full of HOPE! I know that's corny but it is what it is.
