I can't speak for experiences with other tailors, this was the only store in Volusia county where you can walk in, say what you want, pick it up, pick it out, get help with sizing, and leave with the suit you want in the same trip. The staff is helpful and courteous. Had a great experience with them.

I'm giving this five star review due to the employee Selena! She is the total example of what a good employee & great customer service should be. She helped me out with a situation very calmly & politely. I will be requesting her to help me out the next time I need to rent a suit!
