Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.”

“I am planning a margarita party for my mom's birthday and found the perfect plastic margarita glasses at Beall's Centric in the Tomoka Towne Plaza near Tanger Outlets. Unfortunately, there was only one set of four. The manager went out of her way to help me find two more sets at another area Beall's Centric store so we have a margarita glass for all the guests that will be attending my mom's birthday party. The store manager has proven that true customer service isn't completely a thing of the past. I am so very grateful for her assistance ??”

I wasn’t planning on buying anything just to browse but I ended up buying a gift for Christmas and I had the nicest associates help me. Alyson was so sweet and energetic! Alexia was so helpful during the entire shopping experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly and just made me want to come back again and again. I will definitely stop by again when I’m in town. I gave a brief description of my wife, Allie and Kenzie helped me pick out an outfit for her. I will definitely return!”
“I asked a friend where I should go for a nice leather vest and he recommended Hot Leathers. I drove an hour and wasn't disappointed. Here I was awestruck by the huge selection of leather vests, jackets and more. So much to choose from and deciding on which one I wanted was no easy task. Often times apparel stores end up not having some sizes in stock but here I was impressed that each different size for people was in stock and hanging on the racks. Prices were reasonable and the vest I bought is so comfortable, nice looking and good quality. The man who was working (unknown name) was a great help. I will be back for another purchase and highly recommend Hot Leathers.”

The clerk checked and said they didn’t have any in stock, but they could order them and have them shipped to our house at no additional charge. Excellent customer service.”
