“I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.”

“This was my 1st visit to this location. My first impression was WOW!!! They are a larger footprint than their other locations. The entire store was very well organized and clean. I found several amazing deals that went home with me. I was very impressed by their selection of higher quality items. Less than half of regular retail. This combined with my “Birthday Coupon” for an additional 20% off made for an extraordinary value. The entire staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely return to this location (an hour from home) again.”

“Awesome experience, ended up buying much more than expected as the service was great. Kenzie, Allie, Matt, and Anika were helpful in a non-sales kind of way which is very refreshing in a retail setting. I gave a brief description of my wife, Allie and Kenzie helped me pick out an outfit for her. I will definitely return!”
“Visited the store whilst we were in the area for Rockville. Male staff member (not sure on his name but he is a surf instructor) was very friendly and gave us loads of advice for the festival along with his female coworker.

“I asked a friend where I should go for a nice leather vest and he recommended Hot Leathers. I drove an hour and wasn't disappointed. Here I was awestruck by the huge selection of leather vests, jackets and more. So much to choose from and deciding on which one I wanted was no easy task. Often times apparel stores end up not having some sizes in stock but here I was impressed that each different size for people was in stock and hanging on the racks. Prices were reasonable and the vest I bought is so comfortable, nice looking and good quality. The man who was working (unknown name) was a great help. I will be back for another purchase and highly recommend Hot Leathers.”
