Adorable dresses and cute tees, but they are just a little pricey. Palmetto Moon and Simply Southern are my two favorite stores at the Tanger Outlets, but Palmetto Moon only gets 4 stars because while I can buy a bag full of stuff at Simply Southern, I can usually only splurge on one - maybe two things at Palmetto Moon... read full comment
