2585 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona BeachI’ve shopped here only a handful of times the last year and every time I tend to notice certain “regular” customers come to this location just to give the workers a hard time, which they DO give excellent customer service and are knowledgeable of not only the products they sell but the animals too. It is short staffed, but that’s on corporate, not them. You notice it when you walk in immediately. If those certain people don’t want to be patient and wait their turn until they can receive the upmost attention from each individual and instead want to repeatedly have such a problem with the short staffing and “bad” customer service, which is not true, they could try going to a different location finally; instead of harassing the staff at this one. Because the tantrums I’ve noticed by full grown adults and 60 year olds is ridiculous and pathetic. Only thing the staff need to do is call the cops more and/or ban people.

The front desk staff was warm and easy to check in and out with. The nurse was great as well! The office itself is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. She was patient with all of my mom‘s questions about his eye. She prescribed antibiotics. She quickly ran some tests on his eye and determined that it was most likely allergies and that he did not have a torn cornea. I highly highly highly recommend

932 Mason Ave, Daytona BeachDue to COVID you have to wait in your vehicle while staff takes your pet inside but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had just adopted a kitten from the Halifax Human Society (buyer beware) and a few days later this poor kitten was sneezing about 15 times in a row and I know that they need their sleep at this age but he was so sick that he was super lethargic and slept all day and night. I took him to Driftwood Animal Hospital mainly because of the location to my home and they had a same day appointment available. My new pet was extremely sick with a severe upper respiratory infection and an ear infection. The staff told me over the phone that they had been seeing a lot of sick animals from the Halifax Humane Society. The staff was very friendly and professional and the vet prescribed him an antibiotic, ear drops and something to help with his immune system. I’m going to be taking him there from now on and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg either. The wait wasn’t very long and there was about five other cars with their pets. Everything was explained thoroughly to me about how to give the medicine and after only two days he was playing and getting into everything like a normal kitten. Thank you so much for everything!

The manager Alexia was awesome, she helped in every way she could with our purchase of 2 ferrets. The entire staff was great. Daniel, Kayleigh, Dylan, Caleb, Megan, and Noah were awesome. Me and my daughter went there and with this hard times a good meal especially going out is quite unaffordable to be honest this place is not only amazing in and out, but so is the staff and the food not to mention that patio what a perfect little getaway don’t even get me started on the cane sugar drinks What a delightful accent in a new thing to try as a local I’m always looking for something different and this place is not only nostalgic, but it is comforting. It feeds the soul if you don’t feel at home at this place or like you’re in your own little mini getaway, you might need another bite. The staff was extremely accommodating to my daughter as well for as we all know most kids can be picky eaters not to mention the plating. Let’s be honest we eat with our eyes when I got my hotdog. I was so happy everything looked picture. Perfect even like the other pictures I had seen on here. My daughter was amazed and so excited everything was cooked to absolutely perfection. It’s not just a hotdog I promise you that it’s a whole experience for someone like me who’s probably never going to see Coney Island or get to go to New York or something like that this my friend is a great way to be in the heart of Daytona right on Beach Street and totally take one bite and completely disappeared to a very happy place. Go Bay Street hotdog. I’ll be seeing you soon.
