The care they receive in them being in the advanced age group is definitely the upmost care you could ask for & a welcome relief as us being their caregivers! When moving from TX 3yrs ago we were concerned to find a new Veterinarian in FL. Upon our first appt. we knew we hit the "Jackpot!" From the signing process to end of appt. is awesome! The most fun part is the play time & the staff greeting our babes! They all greet them with loving hands & caring kisses! I did not mentioned our babes were always hard patients in going to Vet's...now they absolutely love going to Safe Haven because they know the Staff will welcome them with loving hands!!! I would refer anyone to go there & can not say enough good words about Safe Haven & the care we receive going there. It's truly is a Safe Haven for them & for us being their caregivers! He is able to tend to our dogs multiple times a day. It is such a blessing to have a reliable option when going out of town so that our two dogs can stay at our home. They get so stressed out in boarding situations and Chris provides such great care and leaves us with peace of mind! He is super communicative and we can’t recommend him enough if you need assistance with your animals!! We will be using him always for any future doggie needs!!

The initial meet and greet was super thorough, they took detailed notes, asked questions and really took time to get to know our routine. The visit notes and photos are always personalized and completed with care. The portal they use is really convenient and a great way to store instructions and communicate with the sitters, and they are very quick to respond. They really go above and beyond and I'm confident my cat is in good hands when I'm away!

The Pierogies were amazing, packed with flavor. My husband had the crab cakes...to die for, and I had chicken sandwich which was messy, but delicious. Bartender made an amazing Rum Sour and sent us home with the recipe. Nikki, our server, had great energy and recommendations. If you are in the area, this place is a must. Thank you!

It was so bad I had to call and let them know that there was so many egg shells hoping that they take it off the shelf. I did get an apology.
I was really excited that they had gluten-free options. But now I feel like I have PTSD to their chocolate chip banana bread. I probably won't be back.
