She had torn her CCL and the surgeon wanted to put her under anesthesia and surgically repair her knee. I said no ……… and we tried the brace. The brace worked and we never needed surgery!!! The night was long and all I was focused on was making sure when my cat came home, she came home to what was best for her. The following evening when my cat comes home she’s awaited by cat food. Not just any cat food. The cat food hand selected, chosen by the employee Madi. Madi a team member at this location, helped supply with me the cat food my cat needed to ensure she was taken care of after that clinic visit. Not only did Madi supply cat food. Madi also supplied friendship. When I opened up to Madi about what happened to my cat overnight, Madi offered her sincere condolences. No only that, but also guide-ship on how to be the best owner to my cat post surgery. Thank you Pet supermarket for all that you do. And Madi… thank you for being a friend. ❤️

The care they receive in them being in the advanced age group is definitely the upmost care you could ask for & a welcome relief as us being their caregivers! When moving from TX 3yrs ago we were concerned to find a new Veterinarian in FL. Upon our first appt. we knew we hit the "Jackpot!" From the signing process to end of appt. is awesome! The most fun part is the play time & the staff greeting our babes! They all greet them with loving hands & caring kisses! I did not mentioned our babes were always hard patients in going to Vet's...now they absolutely love going to Safe Haven because they know the Staff will welcome them with loving hands!!! I would refer anyone to go there & can not say enough good words about Safe Haven & the care we receive going there. It's truly is a Safe Haven for them & for us being their caregivers! The initial meet and greet was super thorough, they took detailed notes, asked questions and really took time to get to know our routine. The visit notes and photos are always personalized and completed with care. The portal they use is really convenient and a great way to store instructions and communicate with the sitters, and they are very quick to respond. They really go above and beyond and I'm confident my cat is in good hands when I'm away!

Ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Ahi Tuna dinner. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the whole experience. Staff was great and parking easy since they have a huge lot for the Village.

But there were a ton of eggshells in my bread that I got. It was so bad I had to call and let them know that there was so many egg shells hoping that they take it off the shelf. I did get an apology.
I was really excited that they had gluten-free options. But now I feel like I have PTSD to their chocolate chip banana bread. I probably won't be back.

I think the meat portion on the Philly is a little small for what you pay. It seamed maybe a little over seasoned, and paired with a garlic butter bun, it was just a bit too much for my tastebuds. It was good overall. I would go for a burger next time. The fries were excellent. Probably the best part of the meal. Give this place a shot, I think you’ll leave happy.

Food was only ok tonight. Cold onion rings, lukewarm fries. Sent back the onion rings.
Ordered the flavor of the day ice cream, chocolate caramel twist. It bore no resemblance whatsoever to the picture on the wall and had zero caramel.
Friendly service, but not so sure about the standard of the food being served.
Food was better on our recent visit, but prices have increased and there is clear evidence of shrinkflation.
