(At store 4) in Daytona!!My new hat blew out of the boat and I was unable to find the replacement online- so I reached out to the store- and luckily Kyle was able to save the day!!! Found the hat; got me in contact with customer service; and hopefully i will have my “new fave” hat back in a matter of days!!!”
“When I was in late elementary and middle school years, my mom and I would come to Daytona with the guy she was dating at the time and his family. I remember my mom getting and wearing Salty Dog shirts and me begging to wear them to school. It was such a very rare occasion if I even got that chance to wear one. I thought they were so cool.Now I have my very own Salty Dog shirt that happens to commemorate Jeep Week which happens to be going on the same time that I was there ?”

“The whole reason we came to this specific shop was to purchase a gator head. My husband needed a particular size, and we weren't finding what we needed in other shops. We visited once while we were still looking for the best option and returned once he decided to get one here. The one he found had minor damage (probably from sitting out and being handled by customers), but it was fine. He happened to see more behind the cashier. The cashier gladly let him look at all the heads until he found the perfect one. He was kind and took extra steps to ensure that the gator head was protected and safe for travel.
As for the shop, it was very clean and well organized. Prices were consistent with what you would expect to pay in a tourist area. Also getting to see the baby alligators was fun. They were super cute.”

“I went to Famous Footwear to return a pair of shoes that were a gift and grab my daughter a pair while I was there. The pair that I returned wasn’t priced as high as the ones I wanted. The manager knocked off the extra 5-10 dollars with a promo and sent us on our way. Staff was extreme professional and the store was immaculate. 5-5 experience.”
“Amy was amazing! I left my bathing suit at our hotel before we got to Daytona and was devastated but she set aside what she was doing to help me find a bathing suit that fit me since I’m on the smaller side and was feeling overwhelmed.

While staying at a new hotel in the area, the weather took a sharp change so we wandered in and I'm just so glad we did! These PROFESSIONALS catered to us and made sure our purchases were effortless, full of customer delight and quality backed/guaranteed. There are premium designer labels that don't have this level of mastery of their craft nor this high level of brand representation. This trio got everything right and I'm full of gratitude to have been a beneficiary of such greatness!

“What can I say, nothing. Bass Pro speaks for itself, great selection and everything in stock. We were there during the hunting sale and found deals everywhere we looked. I am giving this a 4 star bc we had to push the button twice for the upstairs changing room. No one came, but we were rudely approached four times about opening up a credit card. We were there right at noon, so maybe it was during lunchtime. The guy in the footwear department came up to me as soon as I stepped into the department to see if I needed help. We found two Camo chairs with no price and there was no one to ask. I do appreciate the military discount and that every Bass Pro caters to the area. I have been to about six or so and am looking forward to see which way the new Saint Augustine location leans. We are hoping for a 50/50 hunting and fishing split. 80% Florida Man Approved!”

“My mother and I enjoyed our time out on the water with our guide, Reilly. We were the only ones who booked a tour at that time so had a personalized experience. Reilly was patient with my mother who had never been paddle boarding before, and with his guidance she was able to get up on her feet and enjoy the water.I will say that the company last-minute changed the location of our activity to about an hour drive away (because there were more dolphins and manatees sighted there) We couldn’t accommodate that location so they were flexible with us and honored our tickets two days later.”
