“I’m a fan of under armour clothing. I really enjoy going to this store as well as ordering online, there always seems to be a great sale going on.
Recently a family member bought me several shirts that were too large and the team at this store allowed me to return them still new with the tags and the change it for the correct size.
Really great customer satisfaction skills, I am a loyal customer and I’ll be back again.

“Walked in and was greeted right away. Was looking for a gift for my son and staff was very helpful. They had some amazing deals too. Only down side was the store smelled like Mary Jane and gave me a headache. The smell was stronger the more to the back you went.”
“My friend and I were shopping for sneakers today. We were looking for a specific brand. We asked a salesperson for assistance and were lucky to find Sheena. She was wonderful and found us several options. When it was determined that the size we needed wasn't in stock, she said, “No problem, we will order it and have it sent to your home.” Excellent customer service! “To the 3 employees who were helping me with my pickup order/then the shoe style change, but I didn't have the fancy card, and I forgot my socks- thank you to everyone for being so kind, patient and easy to chat with while we were trying to solve my issue. While I didn't get to go home with shoes in hand, I did leave with a smile on my face because of how wonderful you 3 were to work with. (And then had to go in and leave AGAIN because I forgot my socks. Well done with finding my info to let me know!!!!) “I’ve meant to send this for a long time. I came in here over a year ago. First time ever in a Sketcher’s store. Came for a pair of new shoes. I can’t say how much i appreciate the help from Brittany. So professional, personal, helpful, and kind! With the extra shoes you can get with the half price one she helped me find shoes for my daughter and her kids who live in St Aug. I was taking pictures to send and she help me so much. I left with four pairs of shoes. I had recently retired from a place that’s know for great customer service so I called corporate to say what a great experience I had and how helpful she was. Not sure if it went anywhere but did talk to someone. So now I go back after all that time and she’s there again and I get the same wonderful customer service again! Over a year later and I went back because of my experience there the first time because of her! . She is by far one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in the retail world! So thank you Brittany for all your help and representing your company so well!”
