“I came to the store with a $175 voucher from work being told I would have to pay the difference if I picked a pair of shoes over that amount. After trying on 3 different pairs of shoes I picked a pair out. After checking out my amount due from me was $75. After looking over the receipt. The shoes was only $15 difference but the salesman put a pair of insoles "that red wing recommends for my feet" in the shoes. Those insoles were $64.99 plus tax . I never once was asked if I would like to try the insoles or if I would like to purchase them. It was just the salesman shoving them in the shoe, talking to me during the process (but never mentioning the insoles were put in and are additional charge, then ringing everything and not explaining what he did. He had at least 3 different opportunities to be honest. I have yet to wear the shoes to work so not sure how to rate those but staff I'm not impressed with.If I would have walked in and grabbed the insoles and put in my shoes without notifying them I would be stealing. So what's it called when the business does the exact same thing to a customer.11/14/23 I called the number, to Red Wing, that was provided for me. They apologized repeatedly and assured me this behavior is not what they promote. They gave me a couple options that they are willing to do to make this matter right. I am very pleased with this outcome and will gladly change my rating to 5 stars.Thank you Red Wing !!”

“I went into this store about 2 weeks ago looking for a gift for my grandsons 15th birthday and I could not find anything at all. That was until a worker named Zach or Zack I believe came up to me and asked very politely if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he got straight to it and fixed me up not one but two outfits that matched perfectly with the pair of shoes I wanted to get him. “Ok, I for gym fav pair of crocs at the beach is NSB, FL. I was soooooo very sad because I knew they were gone. So I went to the Tanger Outlet and this store had the buy 2 get two. So I left with 4 pairs of Crocs?. You have to try the ones with the fur like inside. They keep your feet soooooooo warm and cozy. Try to catch a sale it’s worth it? ”

“Great personal attention and service from Zackery. My wife was looking for Sketcher size 6.5 running shoes with the arch support. Zachary arranged for the other store at Port Orange to hold the second pair so we could take advantage of the “buy one and get 50% off the second pair”. Before going to Rack Room we visited the Sketchers factory outlet and got very poor service. If you want shoes go the Rack Room at Tangier Outlet in Daytona Beach… ask for Zackery. Highly recommended!”
