“Shoutout to Daniel! Best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Brought my M440i in after another shop tried their best…and that’s all I’ll say about that. These guys took one look at it, actually fixed it the right way, and did it all in one day. On top of that, I had requested a simple oil change. They didn’t have the filter in stock, so they got it ordered and delivered the same day to get it taken care of.

Awesome to work with, super transparent, kept me in the loop the whole time, and didn’t try to pull any shenanigans. As a sales guy myself, I’ve gotta say the service here is top notch and genuinely rare these days.

At this point, I don’t think I can take my cars anywhere else. It’s a trap…but the best kind of trap. Highly recommend! I’ll just add — although their prices may be a smidge higher than some other shops, I would have saved far more cash if I had just come to Ostar to begin with. They’re well worth the investment.”

“I know this is a long review so if you don’t have time to read it all….in short this is a GREAT business with caring drivers. Full story, I had a tire blow out on my boat trailer on I4 passing Deltona and had to get off on the nearest exit. I was sure I was going to be stranded for hours waiting for help when to my surprise an Orange City Collision tow truck pulled up along side me offering help. I didn’t care how much he was planning to charge me, I definitely needed any help he could provide. Since I didn’t have a spare he offered to take off the blown tire & rim and let me know where the closest tire shop was that could replace it for me. Within a couple minutes he’d jacked up the trailer, taken off the bad rim/tire, and pointed me in the right direction. I thanked him and asked how much I owed him and he responded that I didn’t owe him anything. I tried to insist he take something for his troubles but he just looked at me with a sparkle in his eye and glimmer in his smile while he gave me a small head nod that spoke more than words and let me know he had no intention of taking any money for his good deeds. It may be because he actually looked like Santa Clause or that I’ve watched too many holiday Hallmark movies lately but it truly warmed my soul and renewed my faith in humanity kindness. Thank you again for your assistance that day Santa Clause, I will certainly be paying it forward. Merry Christmas!”

“Staff was friendly. Store was clean. I went in have my check engine light scanned. They gave me a print out of the codes that came up and I went on my way. Quick visit, I only wish they would have helped me dive into the codes a little better but perhaps that is not something they are meant to do. Overall a good experience here.”
