“No community; let alone in Florida, is complete without a 711! This is conveniently located for locals as well as those driving thru via 17-92. And while it's a small parking area almost sharing the gas pump area, it is usually an easy in and out. Always find it clean inside and well stocked for whatever I am looking for and their atm partners with my bank which is a major bonus, so no fees or trip to another atm or bank.”

“I had a problem with my phone’s network that was preventing several of my apps from working properly, including my banking and credit card apps. I had already gone to another T-Mobile location, but unfortunately they were unable to help me and simply told me to call 611. I then came to this T-Mobile location in Lake Mary, and I’m extremely glad I did. Billy was absolutely amazing. He took the time to patiently work through the problem with me for almost an hour until he was able to get everything working properly. This was especially important because I’m traveling to New York the next day and I needed my phone, banking apps, credit cards, and other essential applications to be working before my trip. Billy went above and beyond, showed great patience, and genuinely cared about helping me. His customer service was outstanding, and he is a great representation of T-Mobile. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into resolving my issue. Thank you, Billy, for your excellent service and for not giving up until the problem was solved. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location, especially because of employees like Billy!”

“So after what has been probably the most horrible day of my life, most headaches most everything I got home my power was shut off. My cable was disconnected. My husband just passed away recently anyways long story short on top of that my phone is disconnected so I go to Metro to pay the bill to try to catch up with everything and out of everywhere I have been today I swear to God I was in and out of metro it felt like in two seconds Rocky at the Metro in Sanford is the best. She literally was able to reactivate my phone. She did everything and faster than I was able to take the money out my wallet anyways I wanna give a good shout out to Rocky. You’re awesome. She definitely deserves a raise. You did a great job and I will only come to that metro from now on you guys now have a loyal customer. Have a great day.”
