“Update: my custom ring came in today and wow. 18kt gold with purple sapphires and flawless diamonds. Even the sapphires match!I went over my budget yesterday, but I couldn’t resist the quality and price. I cannot find true VS stud diamond earrings or VVS1 diamond earrings or anything of the sort anywhere else that are natural and not lab grown. Although they can order that for you. They can serve literally almost any budget from under 100 dollars to your heart’s desire. Amazing service yesterday from everyone there. I was greeted with the most professional way possible and everyone engaged with me. Thank you Adam, April, Samantha and Steve. The over all score should be a 100 star instead of 5 star. Everything about their business is beyond reproach. Thank you all so much!!!!!”

“I am not someone that writes reviews but when I say that this store literally SAVED MY LIFE, I am not exaggerating.When a youth organization I am in had me making custom shirts at the absolute last minute, Kelly's Custom Kreations came through and let me know I can order iron on transfers and I can just iron them onto shirts. ABSOLUTELY GENIUS. So I paid for the blanks, they helped make them look incredible and asked me if I had the shirts that these blanks go onto. They took the time to even help me PRESS THE SHIRTS ON.If it weren't for them, I would have probably set my house on fire trying to figure out how to iron on the transfers.While I am not advocating that anyone else should be putting them through what I put them through, I would absolutely trust them to do any kind of custom creation in the future as well.”

“Today, I took my daughter specifically to this Claire’s Boutique located in Sanford, FL. She received several “Make A Wish” gift cards for her birthday, in which, Claire’s was listed as one of the establishments to go to. She was incredibly excited to go to Claire’s as this is her FAVORITE store!! We were in the store for over 30 minutes, as she browsed and picked out specific items that the Gift Cards would cover, $50 worth. Unbeknownst to me and the Manager, we were not able to redeem these specific Gift Cards in store, rather, you can only redeem them online.We found this out as the Manager, named Dei, she spoke with her POS Department and ended up trying to contact another department to find out “how to redeem” these specific gift cards. Mgr. Dei was very patient and kind throughout our visit there. She was very courteous and apologized for the inconvenience several times. Even though I ended up having to pay for the items another way, our experience was still a pleasant one!! We look forward to returning to Claire’s in the near future because of Mgr. Dei’s kindness to our birthday girl!!”
