“Manager at orange city store goes the extra mile. Ordered a green house from the Sanford store which had two duplicate panels which shorted me on the one I needed. Took the duplicate panel to orange city and the manager tore down a new box and replaced it with the correct panel. He went thr extra mile that day, thank you”

“I can never go wrong with Andersons. Staff there are all helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If they don't know an answer, they will get a staff member who can. I went to a different Ace because it was on my way somewhere and took 20 minutes for someone to help me. When I asked my question regarding pipe fixtures, I got the blank stare and said it wasn't their expertise and walked away. Never tried to find another associate to assist me. That kind of thing never happens at Andersons Ace!”

“I've owned 6 bottles for welding, cutting, etc..... since the late 1980's. 4 were empty.......when I called they had what I needed. Got to the store on Friday (11-3-23) at 4:20pm, due to a tire on my truck going flat. The guys got me out of there in a short period of time. Friendly and quick service minutes before they closed.”

As far as I know there are only two HVAC distributors in Sanford, so you have an few options if you want to save yourself a drive to either Orlando or Daytona Beach.”

“I live just a few minutes away from this Lowe's location, which is very convenient for me. I have been shopping here for the past seven months and have never had any issues. Based on my experiences, I would give it a five-star rating. This is my first review for this store and I hope your experience will be great as well. I have returned a few items and the process has always been simple and straightforward. However, I subtracted one star because one of the elderly employee directed me to an aisle to find my item but did not show me where it was. I had to ask another Lowe's employee for assistance.”

“I visited to get gear ties for my ebike, but at first, I couldn't find them. I looked it up online while there since no one had asked if I needed help finding something. As soon as I found them; however, I was asked if I needed help, but by then, I had already found what I was looking for. ? Too funny. Anyway, the store looks good, but the prices are a tad bit higher than the Home Depot. I'll visit again since I live so close, but if a Home Depot gets built nearby, they'll have great competition.”
