“I had such a great experience at Ace Hardware! I stopped in to get a few key duplicates and a battery for my car key fob, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.
It’s rare these days to walk into a store and feel so welcomed and taken care of. They made the whole process quick and easy, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

“I had a very leaky faucet in my home. I tried buying replacement parts at several big box stores with no luck. I walked into this location with the broken part in hand. Jim could see the frustration on my face and immediately came to the rescue. Within minutes Jim found the parts to rebuild my broken faucet parts and had me on my way home. This is real service. This is how I remember the folks at Ace would help my father when I was a kid. Thank you, Jim. And thank you to Ace for having great employees. Made my week.”

“I WON the Lowe's monthly SURVEY drawing! It is a real thing. Regardless of that, I always shop LOWES (instead of the others) bc they are non-political and unbiased. They don't take a position on social or political issues - some say that is cowardice, but I say it is just good, smart business. Religion and politics have other forums. They DO sponsor community charitable events, so you may see the occasional Boy or Girl Scout, or school sports team out front raising money for uniforms. That is a good thing. My LOWES is a solid part of our neighborhood community. Sorry to hear of the occasional mishaps in these other reviews. We all have occasional SNAFUs, and we all can do better. That's called Life. Meanwhile, let's appreciate with gratitude all the resources we do have!”
“I've owned 6 bottles for welding, cutting, etc..... since the late 1980's. 4 were empty.......when I called they had what I needed. Got to the store on Friday (11-3-23) at 4:20pm, due to a tire on my truck going flat. The guys got me out of there in a short period of time. Friendly and quick service minutes before they closed.”

“I really wanted to give 5 stars, as most of the staff has always been very helpful and the deals are great. In saying that, the manager for this location, Waldo, can be very rude to staff and customers. He's resistant to honor deals he believes are "mistakes" from corporate and verbalized his opinions that expecting the store to honor those coupons is stupid.
Fortunately, Sharon, another employee at this location, advocates for her customers and ensures a high quality experience everytime. Whatever that woman is making, she deserves a raise for her excellence.”
