Jim could see the frustration on my face and immediately came to the rescue. Within minutes Jim found the parts to rebuild my broken faucet parts and had me on my way home. This is real service. “I've owned 6 bottles for welding, cutting, etc..... since the late 1980's. 4 were empty.......when I called they had what I needed. Got to the store on Friday (11-3-23) at 4:20pm, due to a tire on my truck going flat. The guys got me out of there in a short period of time. Friendly and quick service minutes before they closed.”

“I live between the Sanford location and Casselberry. I mix it up and visit both. The Sanford store is laid out nicely, good inventory, friendly associates, etc.
My only gripe is the way this place doles out ITC discounts. I was in Sunday evening before they closed to get a rather expensive, to me, product. The product was already discounted for the ITC buyers, and then there was a 20% off any one item for ITC people. I go to check out, I get the ITC discounted price, but then I had to ask for the additional 20% off.
This happened once before at Sanford and the person who checked me out confessed to me that the managers want the ITC person to ask for the discount to be applied, instead of it being an automatic thing. If this is the case, what do the managers at the Sanford location have to gain by not applying the ITC discount automatically? We pay this yearly fee to get early access to sales, special coupons, etc. Why should we be expected to reach out like this?
This has never happened at the Casselberry store.”
