“It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. “We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
