Great salesman. Excellent value. TV arrived. Despite buying installation package it was not installed at delivery. After many calls, the installation group arrived about 730pm. Very aggravating.

Very busy place on the weekends. Pluses are that BrandsMart tends to have the best selection of appliances to compare with each other. Prices seem to be really good as well. After the sales portion of the experience, everything else is close to a nightmare to deal with.
