“Love it here. I'm not gonna lie, I was terrified and very nervous in the beginning, because I'm new to crossfit, and working out in a setting like this in general. But the support at HEW, from the couches to everyone else it's all amazing. Happy for making the decision to join HEW. #workinprogress #grateful #thankHEW”

“I was skeptical at first about how much I could possibly learn from this program, as I’ve been dieting, reading, seeking advice for what feels like forever. From the first session, Brittany and the program surprised me. Firstly, Brittany is kind, presents as non-judgmental and professional. She reflected back what I shared, points out the positive choices and adds information for even more positive choices/behaviors. The morning videos help start my day with motivation and additional videos give me tools. With so many Instagram breast cancer diet experts out there muddying the waters—this program is quite practical and LIVEable.”

“Ive brought my 2 children here since they were 6 and 4 and to say it is amazing is an understatement. Rafael is such a kid and patient person who truly treats this gym as his family; I vividly remember walking in and being nervous about my kids fitting in, but Rafa made them feel comfortable and they evolved so much in jiujitsu. The other coaches are just as helpful, playful, and patient with the kids, great selection of helping hands. If you are looking for a great coach and great gym, look no further!!”

“By far one of the best facilities I’ve trained at. This place makes me feel at home. Not only is the space perfect for athletes but they welcome everyone. I love that I can get an amazing workout, get a full recovery session in and they have experts around always if anyone needs help. They also have a full PT staff that is amazing. It starts at the top and Mike really is a one of a kind guy! Blessed to have found this place.”

“I’ve been with Youfit for a couple years now. I frequent multiple facilities. I came into the Deerfield location this morning to address a minor concern I had. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael at the front desk. He was more than happy to help and went above and beyond for me. Youfit is lucky to have him.”
