“I went there today to get a new phone. Fez and Will were fantastic. Fez listened to what I needed and got me the perfect phone. Will set up my phone and transferred all my data. I was in and out in less than my lunch hour. I've been with Metro PCS for 15 years, and this is why. “The staff today 12/15/23 did an AMAZING job. I had a horrific experience at another location and this store and their staff made everything work out perfectly. Avoid the 441 store in boca unless you want to be robbed and come here. If the owner see this, this is an amazing staff, promote them in whatever way you are able. If you are also the manager or owner for the 441 store, close the 441 store the staff are robbing people.”

“I wanted to extend my gratitude to an exemplary employee here in the TV department named Daniel. I called wondering about a specific TV with not a ton of experience in buying in this market lately and he saved me from making a horrible decision based on the preferences that I articulated to him over the phone. He convinced me to get the proper TV for my needs and insisted on walking me through the process smoothly and even accompanied me at the loading dock, on the floor, and to the cashier line. Really good dude and a valuable employee here. 5 stars!”
