“I ship packages for a friend who works for a large company and I also ship lots of personal items as this location is on my way to work. It is one place I can ALWAYS count on. No problems, no hassles, no nothing but go in and complete ur transaction quickly w staff that understand their craft. I forgot a USB 3.0 128GB SD card and it was my fault. 1 week later I walk in with a mask and the gentleman immediately greeted me and reminded me he had my SD card and was waiting for me to to return. I'll post his name in an edit. This employee is a fantastic asset to you as a company FedEx and I am a long time Fortune 500 manager that scouted talent. To my complete surprise, she used it to leave a Google review for your business without my consent. This act of overstepping boundaries was highly unprofessional, and I earnestly hope it's addressed by someone in charge. As a result of this incident, I've decided to never let anyone else use my phone in the future.On a separate note, I want to highlight my positive interaction with the lady who notarized my documents.
